While my overall stay was pleasant due to the cleanliness and quiet atmosphere of the property, I was quite disappointed with the attitude of most of the reception staff. Unfortunately, many of them lacked basic customer service skills and didn’t even offer a smile or a warm welcome, which made the experience feel uninviting EXCEPT for the one who handled my check-in he did it smoothly and the one who assist me in finding an electrical converter. However, I want to highlight and thank Mr. Hamza, Mr. Sushanet, and Mr. Hazem AlRashed for their professionalism and exceptional service, their helpful and behavior truly stood out and played a major role in the high rating I gave.

I had a great experience at the hotel reception. Sara and Al-Jowhara were welcoming, professional, and made check-in smooth and quick. They were attentive to all my requests, and their friendly attitude set a positive tone for my stay. When I thought of extending my stay, I didn't hesitate to continue at the same hotel because of the excellent service I received. I felt well taken care of from the moment I arrived.

The apartment was spacious. It had three toilets. The windows were from floor to ceiling. They provided a washing machine and a dishwasher which were convenient. They also provided a large bottle of drinking water. The building is safe. Only those with cards can access the elevator and the car parking area. There was always a parking space available during our stay.
