The first thing that struck me was the cleanliness. The property was immaculate, from the lobby to the corridors, right up to my room. It was evident that they pay great attention to hygiene and cleanliness, which is especially important in these times. But what truly set this place apart was the staff. Their service was not just good, it was exemplary. Every member of the staff was not only professional and efficient but also extremely helpful. They were always ready with a smile, eager to assist and answer any queries I had. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Whether it was the concierge who helped me with my luggage, the front desk who swiftly checked me in, or the room service that was prompt and courteous, every interaction was a testament to their commitment to excellent customer service. I was particularly impressed by how they anticipated my needs even before I voiced them, a quality that I have rarely come across. The staff's dedication to service, combined with the immaculate cleanliness of the hotel, created an ambiance of comfort and luxury that made my stay truly unforgettable. The Ascott Rafal Olaya hotel appeared to be a brand new hotel set in a new and upcoming area. Although there was building works nearby we didn't notice it. This hotel has been very well placed near the brand new skyway. One of the stations was only one hundred meters from the hotel lobby. This will offer quick and easy access to central Riyadh and does not seem too far off completion. The hotel owners have given green issues some considerable thought and applied devices to reduce their carbon footprint. This is the first hotel I have stayed where such issues have planned out and implemented. The restaurant was also new and offered a nice outside area to dine. Sadly a brisk shamal blowing off the desert forced us inside. The staff were friendly and food very tasty all served with generous hospitality. The hotel foyer also displayed works of art from local artists all of which were excellent.

I had a great experience at the hotel reception. Sara and Al-Jowhara were welcoming, professional, and made check-in smooth and quick. They were attentive to all my requests, and their friendly attitude set a positive tone for my stay. When I thought of extending my stay, I didn't hesitate to continue at the same hotel because of the excellent service I received. I felt well taken care of from the moment I arrived.

The apartment was spacious. It had three toilets. The windows were from floor to ceiling. They provided a washing machine and a dishwasher which were convenient. They also provided a large bottle of drinking water. The building is safe. Only those with cards can access the elevator and the car parking area. There was always a parking space available during our stay.

I’ve been staying at this property during my trips to Riyadh for a few years now. It is in the North of Riyadh and a great easy location to access. Helpful and friendly service, clean rooms, all the high standards you would expect when traveling for business or longer term stays.
